Global Conference Branding for an Executive Audience.
Some conferences are designed to inform. Others are designed to impress. Executive Forum Europe had to do both. As Staffing Industry Analysts' premier European conference, the event brings together CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers from staffing organizations across Europe. They come for exclusive research, strategic insights, peer-to-peer discussions, and conversations that influence the future of the industry.
That audience arrives with high expectations. Long before the opening keynote, attendees begin forming opinions about the event. The website. The conference branding. The speaker promotions. The registration materials. Every visual element contributes to the impression that the conference is organized, credible, and worthy of their time.
My role was to ensure that every piece of communication reflected that standard.
Employer
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) is the global authority on staffing and workforce solutions, serving both suppliers and buyers through research, data, training, and executive conferences. As the premier annual destination for European staffing leaders, Executive Forum Europe is among SIA's most prestigious events. Its audience operates at the highest levels of the industry. The design supporting it had to be equally authoritative.
My Role
Graphic Design Manager & Digital Designer As Graphic Design Manager at SIA, I was responsible for developing the visual identity for Executive Forum Europe across digital, print, web, presentation, and promotional materials. Working within SIA's established brand framework, I adapted the conference identity to reflect the sophistication and professionalism expected by a senior executive audience. Every deliverable, from the conference website to keynote promotions and presentation templates, contributed to a cohesive, brand-aligned experience before attendees ever arrived at the venue.
The Design Standard
Executive audiences notice the details. A conference that feels inconsistent, outdated, or poorly organized begins losing credibility before the first speaker takes the stage. Every design decision contributes to the overall perception of the event.
The deliverable scope for Executive Forum Europe covered every touchpoint of that first impression and beyond:
Conference website hero image and subpage graphics, establishing a polished first impression before attendees registered.
Speaker promotions and social media assets, encouraging engagement while maintaining a consistent conference identity.
Print advertising, promoting the conference through respected European staffing publications.
PowerPoint templates and registration materials, creating a seamless experience from registration through the closing session.
Conference website design in Adobe XD, providing a dedicated online destination aligned with the event's executive positioning.

03
International Conference Experience
The Executive Forum Europe brings together staffing leaders from across Europe and beyond. Designing for a genuinely international audience, within a brand system built for global credibility, requires an understanding of professional visual standards that transcend any single market. This engagement demonstrates that range directly.
The Impact
Executive Forum Europe gave one of SIA's most exclusive conferences a visual identity that reflected the caliber of its audience. From the first website visit to the final presentation, every piece of communication reinforced the same message: This was a conference designed for senior leaders who expected excellence, professionalism, and substance.
Designing for a global executive audience demanded clarity, consistency, and sound judgment across every communication channel. It required thoughtful, purposeful communication that speaks with confidence without ever needing to raise its voice. The strongest design earns trust before it asks for attention.
