Brand Identity · Corporate Communication · Marketing Collateral

Diversity Search Group

A recruiting brand serving both employers and job seekers needed to feel inclusive without losing corporate credibility. Diversity Search Group’s identity connects Brand Strategy, art direction, recruitment marketing, business communications, presentation graphics, and digital concepts around one people-centered visual system designed for opportunity, access, and professional trust.

Project Overview

A Professional Recruiting Brand Built Around People

Diversity Search Group operated as both a career resource for candidates and a recruiting partner for employers. Job seekers could explore opportunities and career information, while organizations gained access to a broader professional talent pool. The identity therefore had to speak comfortably to two audiences with different priorities.

The visual system expanded from logo and stationery into employment forms, promotional materials, presentation graphics, newsletter concepts, and web design. Each application supported a different stage of the recruiting conversation while reinforcing the same professional, inclusive brand presence.

Design Approach

The design avoided reducing diversity to a visual cliché. Instead, a structured, people-focused identity combined professional credibility with enough energy to feel current and welcoming.

Formal employer-facing materials, candidate outreach, presentations, and digital concepts were allowed to solve their own communication problems while sharing a common typographic and visual language. That flexibility kept the brand coherent across B2B and candidate-facing communication.
