• We ship the part you ordered. It’s our policy
to read back your order to ensure we are shipping the
right part the first time.
• We guarantee that the part condition is as described
for any part condition labeled (GR) Good condition,
(EX) Excellent condition and (LN) Like new. See
condition codes.
• Parts will be shipped within two business days of purchase,
unless otherwise noted.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE
• Color and paint matching
• (PR) Poor condition parts – these parts are sold
dirt cheap and damaged, hence, you purchase them at
your own risk.
• Electrical parts– these are tested at the time
of disassembly to be in good working order. Electrical
work is tricky and often misdiagnosed. We cannot be
responsible for a misdiagnosed electrical problem. If,
however, a customer can prove that we sold a faulty
electrical component, we will be glad to provide a
refund or exchange.
RETURNS
• Returns must be made within 21 days of time of sale.
• Cycle Search International has the right to replace
parts or provide refunds.
• No shipping charges will be refunded.
• No returns on special orders.
• 25% restock fee on any part we choose to accept the
return.
